1yThank you for sharing your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your time with us did not meet your expectations. We take concerns about employee treatment seriously, as fostering a supportive and respectful work environment is a priority.
It’s worth noting that during your time with us, some five years ago (during covid), no grievances or concerns were raised about these issues.
We also note that all salaries were agreed and contracts all signed in line with relevant HR legislation so the salary was known at the time you signed and agreed to the role, and was an increase on others in the business at that time.
Nevertheless, your feedback about pay, communication, and workplace culture is important, and indeed the workplace now, some 5 years later, is very different. We continue to review all areas of the business and strive to improve at all times with the right people and the right team in place.
Your note regarding the owners is subjective and we are sorry that, that is the opinion you chose to form on those that helped train you and provide promotion opportunity for you within the business, and during a time where the business had multiple unprecedented challenges that came from lockdown and covid.
