Do not work for The Range!! - Sales Manager The Range Employee Review

- Pay is shocking - Workload is very high, staff taken away from your department - Legal Compliance is non existent especially tickets - Rota's are done weekly so you cannot plan ahead - Work life balance is not their - Morale of colleague's is very poor - High turnover in staff and management - Management rude to colleagues and demand too much for the pay they are on Their is better run companies out their than the range an my advice would be try them first.
