Pros
Free lunches 4x a week - but word is that this will be a thing of the past come May 2016. There are a few bright, inspiring players here that make truly meaningful contributions. Most of these people though, are unappreciated, undervalued, bullied and being driven out by managers who are threatened by them. Many reviewers mention free lunches and making friends as part of the "pros" of working here. Yes - free lunches are great until they're gone. And yeah you'll make friends because misery loves company.
Cons
If you are not hired as a director or senior manager you will probably hate working here. Company is obsessed with improving it's reputation but does no real work to actually improving the culture. Speaking of the culture... it's terrible. Managers here will take credit for your ideas, freak out over very reasonable PTO requests and are all-around gossipy and catty. Common theme amongst employees who have recently quit - they take long, extended vacations without a job lined up. Some have even quit to "finally go on a honeymoon". What does that tell you? If your management style is to be oppressive, argumentative and childish - you will thrive here. If you enjoy being bullied, working too much and being treated like a lesser being, take an entry-level job here. If you are a normal person, run far away.
