I started working full time with The Red Pen about 8-9 months ago. The company culture is really infectious where you feel valued and appreciated. I personally like the co-workers, management team and the job even though I’ve only been working from home. I’ve learnt a great deal of things since I joined. The professionalism and code of conduct is top notch. They provide good working hours therefore giving you a great work/life balance.
