Pros
Great team (for now), can be a fun environment , promotes wins and encourages practice of a strong work ethic.
Cons
Lower than average salary. Upper management doesn't care about stores individually. They expect a high work load with little to no help due to little budgets for rosters, even bare minimum teams puts you over, so be prepared for 1 three hour shift a week if that. There don't seem to be consequences for disruptive behaviours, due to upper management wanting less responsibilities. If you're lucky to become a manager be prepared to put your blood, sweat and tears into the position quite literally, watching them come in on days off because upper management wasn't happy with photos, or the ancient fridges, aircons, and registers are broken and no one has a line to tech support has made me glad for the lack of career advancement opportunities
