• Lack of direction for the company which makes this a volatile workplace. It's very difficult to keep up with constant changes • No mentoring or training for new employees. Once you start they will throw you into the "deep end" and it's up to you whether you sink or swim • High employee turn over rate • Lower than average salary and poor medical benefits • No work/life balance (you will work more than 40 hrs/week guaranteed, including some holidays and even on your vacations) • Religion is constantly brought into the workplace by the owners and there is a blatant disregard for employees that don't follow the same beliefs • They send out daily "shame emails" to show which employees did not enter their time sheet the day before
