-Travel to different locations
-On the job training
-Decent work culture
-Get to build a relationship with the patients
Cons
-Inconsistent hours (rarely hit 40)
-Not enough work for the amount of staff
-Poor communication from management
-Management was disorganized and lacked accountability
-No covid pay even if you get sick from patients at work
-Talking about your pay with other coworkers was a fireable offense
-Needed permission to leave work even though there was no work available
Because of the inconsistent hours, I would honestly recommend this job to high school students instead of adults with monetary responsibilities.
