Pros

None at all. Only good thing is that I've learned from them that respecting your employees is a must which I will take with me. Something this company DOES NOT do.

Cons

The Retail Outsource has no consideration for their employees. I left the company due to a better offer, resignation letter and all, and they shorted my paycheck. They cancelled my paid time off when it had already been approved. This company has the mind set of "any employee is replaceable." Anybody looking to apply here, I HIGHLY advise you to look elsewhere.
