Pros
Excellent compensation package and flexible working hours. Management was easygoing so long as you hit your quotas. Which I always did.
Cons
No I Phones in our location and more extensive newhire training on how to setup accounts on antiquated computer system. This alone would have improved the customer experience and I would not have had to do setups for other reps while selling for myself.
