Pros

Good pay as long as you meet your sales for the month Do not have a Boss on your Back watching you all day Pretty laid back company

Cons

Training was quick and does not give you enough time to finish the training videos you are supposed to watch. Always are supposed to us the work Chat even if your with a Customer Only 30 minute lunches when you get one along with your 15min Break it seems like you lie to the customers with the sell Pitch
