Pros
The Riviere Agency is one of the most diverse places I have ever worked, and I love that about it. The owner, Lori Riviere, is one of the kind giving people you could imagine working for, which is a rarity in the Fashion Space. As the agency has grown, opportunities to travel have increased and I have since working with agency been to LA, San Fran, Houston, and even Paris for work. We do a ton for NYFW, and have been really growing in the event and influencers space, which has given everyone in the agency a chance to grow in knowledge and connections.
Cons
We work very closely with each other, so this may not be a great place for you if you are very picky about personal space and convos at work. I like this personally, but could be a con for some.
