Pros

The asset management group that hires The Robinson Group have to be the most intelligent, passionate and understanding management companies to work for. As far as the management company, there is a lack of words. Only thing I can think of is they pay well but it’s because they don’t know the markets they are in nor can they keep employees so they pay well to lure people in

Cons

- Disrespect for employees - No benefits - Key positioned employees do not know how to manage people or treat them respectfully - Understaffed properties to overwork and stress out employees - Refuse to pay maintenance employees properly to help keep the bottom dollar low for the asset company - NO training whatsoever - Owner of the company doesn’t care or respect for the employees - Doesn’t care about residents and makes you clean up their mess from their mess ups or lack of professional companies because they are family friends or family - On-site employees are paid salary so the company can over work and under appreciate them - Owner and executive director of operations refuse to listen to employees or give them directive. They are quick to lose their patience with any employee and all employees have no job security - If you are not part of the inner circle you are dispensable to the company - The executive director of operations is known as the “terminator” - company is growing too fast to understand how to properly operate

Pros

Great start for people just getting into the field for drill pipe inspecting and wanting to gain experience. personal time off is never an issue if needing to schedule appointments, and management is caring and understanding.

Cons

Hours for part time workers are limited when there aren't enough jobs available.

Pros

Absolutely none to speak of!

Cons

This company hires all of its employees as salaried, are you seeing any red flags yet??? Although the contract they make you sign states you are scheduled to work 5 days per week, soon after you will be verbally notified that you are expected to work 6 days per week! How come? Well, the answer is quite a shocker, you are salaried! Hold your horses, it gets worse, much worse. This company has such a low appreciation of its employees that it offers NO leasing commission, NO renewal bonuses, NO delinquency bonuses, NO NOI bonuses, NO medical, NO dental, NO vision, NO long- or short-term disability insurance, and an unspecified sick leave benefit. To further “enhance” your feeling like a slave working for this company, they also offer a whopping 1-week vacation per year, accrued after 6 months of slavery. If your jaw hasn’t hit the floor yet and the red flags are not impairing your vision at this point, you should definitely sign up with them, you’ll definitely feel right at home working for this company.
