Best restaurant I ever served at. Great menu and constant changes made selling easy and fun. Trendy model in a wealthy and young town helped as well. High tip averages compared to lots of other places. Great company culture, approachable and caring management. Attentive ownership, get to know them personally right away which is awesome.
Cons
As with any restaurant, high insecurity on tips. Amazing in the summer, can be heartbreaking in the winter if you miss out on tips. Small company so hours get cut short in slow weeks. Overall hard to complain about this great company
