The SALT Group is a great company and has done lots of good for me. I started working here at the age of 19, and I am now 20. With very high pay 17.31 hr/inside sales, plus commission, I couldn't ask for more! The bonuses they throw on and the investments the company has made to better equip individuals when hitting the floor is encouraging. Most people jump into this field is going to be easy. NOOO SALES REQUIRES WORK AND COMMITMENT & PERSEVERANCE!! The culture established within the company is fun, exciting and in line with my principles! They put urgency on making sales and creating relationships cause they want you to make MONEY!!! Funny how all the negative reviews are anonymous! There are really no cons that I view as valid. It's simple, you don't work & perform, you don't stay (with any company)! Its funny how quick people blame the "company" for not having success, when that is something you create yourself! Nobody is responsible for your life except for yourself, so if you get fired or let go then you must have just treated this job as any other sales job and not something that can truly create some good income. SORRY, BUT THAT'S YOUR FAULT!!!! (:
