Pros
Incredible ownership - they've created a fun, passionate, creative workplace where everyone seems like and old friend. Very flexible with scheduling needs. Great part-time employee benefits / discounts. Best place I've worked. Customers love it too!
Cons
Weekend crop hours can get a little late - midnight or later. It's retail, so there are occasionally going to be those challenging customers - but overwhelmingly, the vast majority of customers come here because it is such a fun place to be.
