management is the massive issue here. was part time and worked full time hours despite being in uni. I had opportunities to move into different areas but was very undertrained in these new areas. Management is unapproachable but will whinge when you refuse to talk to them. I have had men sexually harass me and managers do nothing when I asked for support. I had a manager bully me until I ended up having panic attacks over the next week due to some of her comments. I have seen coworkers have racist comments made to them by customers, and seen the managers do very little about it. There is no flexibility or work life balance in this role. I quit weeks ago and still trying to get over the hell that is shelly's. They will continue to lose great staff from this role because they seem to think paying a minimum wage entitles them to treat people poorly. It is not worth it.
