Pros
I have had a very fruitful working relationship with TSPI.. 1) I would say the people working there are very responsive and attend to all your queries. I was based out of Mumbai and had no problem communicating with the guys at Noida. They were a call away. 2) I never had any issues like delay in salary. They ensure that the salary is received on the last working day of the month. 3) They are a fast growing company. I wont be surprised if i hear about their success stories in future.
Cons
As stated in the pro's section, i had no problem with TSPI. Everything was done in a professional manner. The problems i had with the company i was deployed at is a separate story but it had nothing to do with TSPI as a company. They infact stepped in and help me resolve those issues.
