Pros
The So Cal Group is a great way to build your character and learn the B2B. Coming from a retail background they sure help me realize that B2B is much more difficult to approach. If you're a shy person, this is a great way to help develop those communication skills. Great resume builder also, everyone there has the right mindset of going out there and making money. If you're a person that enjoys challenges I suggest applying at The So Cal Group. One thing that I use now a days and its thanks to them is how to read people, I use this in my job and personal life and it makes things a lot easier. Thanks So Cal Group. Understand your product real well other wise you're going to have a hard time.
Cons
Long hours of working which starts off with getting their at 8 am sharp and at 10:30 you're off to the field. The latest you will leave is 6-7pm, its a Business to Business so yes you have to walk to every single small business and sell them something they are most likely are familiar with and don't want or are not interested. Many small businesses will kick you out because they don't want solicitors. The pay is bad, your better of working in a retail than in this place for the amount of hours. Your first paycheck which includes training and no sales is $300. If you do not sale, you don't get anything it is all commission based. Most people work Saturdays and Sundays just to get a sale. Your given a location and thats your location for the week. Gas is covered by you and not the company so you're better off carpooling with someone else.
