They say they are family orientated, but they are far from it. They don't care about their staff safety or work load. They give you way to many deliveries and then expect you to stay out way oast your finish time to deliver the sofas. They don't care that you never see your family or you get close to being out for 2 hrs past your finishing time. All they care about is number crunching. Mangers speak to you like crap. You turn up and deliver 6-8 jobs. Then they expect you to go back to the yard and reload your lorry with at least 9 jobs and go out a second time and deliver them in a non realistic time and by this time you are shuttered from an early start, already done a half days work and then reloading you lorry. This is so dangerous.
