Have worked here less than a month so far - the job is challenging, no doubt. It can be frustrating at times as well, but personally, I've never heard of one that can't be. It is also very rewarding, and for me, the fact that I am encouraged to use my creativity is very refreshing. Most importantly, they gave me an opportunity and an actual chance to show them what I can do. After all, a resume only tells part of story and they are willing to look beyond it.
