Finding employment for job seekers. Barrie Site Manager is great; she really cares. New Operations Manager appears to have a heart and wants to make a difference.
Cons
Get everything in writing; owner will screw your over any chance he gets. Save any emails or voice messages Senior Management sends you. Owner is a bully who won’t pay wages to employees for hours worked - I have the emails to prove it. Owner bully’s employees on WSIB to quit or work roles their doctors haven’t authorized.
