In the 4 years we faced constant shifts in strategy’s and a lack of communication left large segments of the company working towards different goals. Very messy process like this caused a lot of wasted time working towards the wrong output. Annual mass redundancies and no salary increases in my time leaves less people in your team so you have to pick up the extra work for nothing in return. Cost of living, bills, commute price increase etc… but my salary stagnated for 3 years to not match these increases plus no annual bonus’s putting a struggle on personal finances. This was not based on individual performance this was across the board for my level effecting everyone. We use to have great benefits 4 years ago but a greed for growth has slowly stripped those away bit by bit and now I can’t see any added benefit than the bare minimum every company provides. School playground mentality social ladder system with a harsh divide between upper management and normal roles. It use to be about teams but with the changes everyone’s so concerned about themselves they’ll happily throw you under the buss to cover their own backs. HR team devoted to the company’s best interests and not you as an individual. Oftern speaking out will result in backlash against you.
