Pros
It is a fairly easy job depending on season. If you din’t Have any experience in retail I think it’s a good place to start. One cool thing, is that in the morning you have a reunion with the staff for 45minutes where sometimes games are proposed and where you can have breakfast.
Cons
Bad management if you are working( depending on the floor your are working), this is one of the reason why the team is constantly changing. Can be stressful during sales/ summer period. Little if no training is provided .
