Lack of a strong global leadership and direction. They hired someone from Asia market for a global role based here in London who had run another international content business into the ground and out of existence. They don't retain talent that actually know what they are doing. There are still 1 or 2 strong members of the team around the globe, but anyone who knew the business is now gone. These people all left because of the lack of direction and support by global leadership.
