      Pros

      Hours are pretty flexible and minimal. Employee meals are usually from the gourmet lunch bar Some events are interesting to work (weddings, lectures, etc.) Work may have busy times, but it is not nearly as stressful as the average serving jobs. The view is great, too.

      Cons

      Limited hours for part-time (full-time was 30 hrs, part-time could approach that)

      Pros

      They offer lunch to the staff. Most of the staff are GREAT to work with. It's a joy to work here.

      Cons

      Well like every company they have a few people that need a better attitude or to move on.

      Cons

      Poor communication between management and staff. Lacking training program.
