Pros
Not a single thing is salvageable.
Cons
No Diversity, Bad Culture, Toxic. Not a clear onboarding environment, I tried getting involved and kept being thrown back into doing the one project no one else wanted to do and stunted and then told my inability to do more than one project (despite expressing interest and then being told to do something else) was part of why they were getting rid of me. I noticed the inequity between myself and the the other new hire right away. I got put on the project that needed a severe amount of leg work, she got to do pre-established. And then I was penalized for needing extra time to fix their disorganized disaster of a campaign. Very unprofessional. Constantly felt belittled compared to the other new hire. Personally believe they didn’t really want me there from the get go so once they go me on a schedule where I got two weeks worth of advanced content out they dropped me. I’ve worked for a variety of companies in my career and this was the worst. Don’t put yourself through the trouble. They set you up to fail, especially if they prefer someone else. They even tried to get me to work through the rest of my projects after saying I was no longer employed because I wasn’t “fast enough”, so I told them “no, get your employees to do it” When I tried asking simple questions like “hi, I’m a little confused. But what can I do to improve for my future?” They responded combatively. Makes me think they used me to finish this “less than ideal” project that was out of their depth but didn’t want to truly pay another full time worker. I genuinely hope they crash and burn. And the whole crew can go down with the ship.
