Pros
Some seriously awesome coworkers (not management) were the only reason I stuck it out for as long as I did. Looked forward to going to work because I had them, and it was very much a team environment amongst ourselves. There was however a very distinct line between management and lower level staff. Management was treated very differently, most likely because they were all either family or lifers who came over from other countries and didn't dare to complain.
Cons
Management unfortunately has no idea how to successfully run a company. So much backwards stuff that goes on there, from inappropriate relationships between senior management and staff, pay discrepancies, and just how staff in treated in general. There are a couple of really cool brands and the work is interesting and can be fun because it's a completely new way of doing sales/marketing but the way the company is ran and micromanaged by ill-equipped "managers" is an absolute nightmare and by no means a job to stay at more than a few months of gaining some experience. Staff was threatened by upper management for discussing some of these issues amongst themselves. I honestly think they're terrified of everyone taking and realizing how much stuff goes down so they try to keep everyone quiet. Basically "shut up and do your job".
