Maria, the CEO and President of TTA makes you feel right at home. She is a boss who cares about your experience at the company and truly want to see you succeed. The entire team at TTA is positive, easy-going and determined. They are people who motivate you to reach your highest potential everyday. They are extremely understanding and offer a great hybrid work schedule that further elevates employee performance. I am extremely proud and happy to be part of such an amazing team.

Honestly, there are no cons. The culture is great. The support is great. Management teams are great. Workload is completely manageable and pushes you to grow. There are zero complaints.

Met with the leadership team here and hit it off with everyone immediately. The opportunity I interviewed for with TTA was no longer available, but thanks to their incredible believe in culture - They created a perfect match for a new position here within the organization.
