Pros

The regular employees are usually a good bunch, creative and fun to be around

Cons

Upper management is seriously only out for themselves. Do not trust anyone, especially Employee Relations. If they offer you a retention bonus, RUN.

Pros

Hard working colleagues, at times.

Cons

I found a lot of people I worked with were just racking up sinecures they felt they had earned. Lots of laziness.
