      Amazing work, tremendous opportunity if you work hard, great exposure, great clients, fun and interesting events

      Cons

      Management dysfunction, lack of communication, lack of feedback. Tough work load at times, often short staffed.

      Learn a lot Fun events Fun staff Great opportunities TWG has a lot of opportunities to learn more and they strive to develop your skills in many fields

      Cons

      Not a great work/life balance Lots of pressure Closed door management Higher management does not clearly convey messages to staff which leads to a stressful working environment and more work
