Key manager at one of the two locations is a cynical, petty, insecure tyrant. General manager has a big heart, but sadly, an even bigger head. Women and people of color are viewed through the lens of the 1950's. The insane expectations create a culture of institutionalization where mid-managers criticize each other for enjoying simple benefits like taking a day off from time to time.
