      Pros

      It was close to home and a convenient drive and I could work from my own home in a peaceful environment twice a week.

      Cons

      Negative hostile atmosphere from the very beginning. My only regret is that I did not leave after the third day! Bulling, yelling obscenities and disrespect was a common occurrence. Hard to imagine that they have stayed in business as long as they have. Inconsistent and deceptive. Be prepared to run into disgruntled small businesses who advertised in the past. From one day to the next they were either begging me Not to quit or threatening to fire me. Bizarre place!!!!! Grateful to be out of there. After the third month they fired me and when I thanked them with a smile I was called every foul name in the book.l I literally had to run for my protection threatening to call the police.

      Pros

      Actually really enjoyed working with TheHomeMag and would have stayed because the management and team members were very positive and supportive and the corporate office had amazing reviews and growth plan.

      Cons

      Only con was that I was experiencing a personal crisis with several family members and couldn't devote the attention that was needed to land repeat or new business.

      Pros

      They have a few nice people in the organization but not many.

      Cons

      This organization is different. You will NOT see any diversity in this company. They do not care about employees. I have never seen a media company that you don’t meet with the Publisher/manager once a week for a 1:1 meeting to discuss your pipeline. They will hire you and fire you all within a few weeks. Only take this job if it’s your last resort!!
