NLP used to be an amazing place to work, and I loved everyone I met working there. Unfortunately due to the behavior of the CEO, the company culture changed overnight. I grieve deeply for anyone still left there.
Cons
The CEO's behavior surrounding recent layoffs, resignations, and firings has been very unprofessional, and his behavior has been unpredictable. He has called former female employees "emotional" through a mass company email, and has made accusations against former staff that this writer knows to be honest, kind, hardworking people. The CEO's behavior has made many staff members deeply uncomfortable, and has contributed to a work environment that inhibits productivity. Several former employees also received an email threatening legal retaliation if their unflattering Glassdoor reviews were not removed. This can be proved through the relevant documents. Additionally, several of the glowing reviews that have appeared on this site over the past few days (April 28th and both May 9th reviews) seem rather odd. To this writer's knowledge, no current employees are located in Las Vegas, and Newsletter Pro does not have an Accounts Payable Specialist located in Boise, ID. They certainly do not read like authentic accounts from current employees.
