This company has very high retention, no one ever stay. High stress and definite not worth risking your mental health and family life for an owner like that. It is difficult for clinic management to support staff, b/c you are always in meetings 8 hrs or more of your day multiple times a week. The executive management team is always changing policies and procedures. Therapist do not have documentation time at all, very fast passed, barely have time to breath. No work life balance, as a manger you are expected to work 24/7. Favoritism, if management does not like you they will do what they can to get you to quit or get fired. The company makes it difficult for you to call out or use your PTO. A lot of labor violations and shady bulling to families insurance.
