Pros

- Incredible talent (C-suite to the frontline) - Culture - Product/market fit - Benefits - Engineering SHIPS - All-hands company retreats every 6 months

Cons

- There is so much opportunity it's going to be interesting to see how we manage capturing as much as possible without burning everyone out (not because it's forced or even implied, it's just the default mode for most high performers to keep going while there's things to be done) - SFDC is a mess but...where is that NOT true? - New category means customers need more handholding (sometimes a lot)

Pros

TheyDo fosters a culture of genuine kindness and mutual respect. Despite being fully remote, the level of collaboration is exceptional—teams are highly connected and communication is seamless. The company provides every tool and resource you could possibly need to be successful, and innovation is not just encouraged, it’s embedded in the day-to-day. Support is everywhere, whether it's from leadership, peers, or processes.

Cons

As with many startups, some things are being built in real time—like resource hubs or updated collateral. It’s part of the journey and to be expected in a fast-moving environment.

Pros

- Warm and welcoming folks all around. - One of the best remote work environments. - Good product.

Cons

- In a very competitive space, differentiating against the bigger providers is tough. - Not the most diverse place yet, there is gender diversity but very people of color, I see that changing. - Income potential is limited, even though the quotas are somewhat reasonable, they could be a bit lower given the product suite and global market conditions.
