      The work itself is very interesting and fun. Working on challenging problems, and customers seem to value our work.

      Cons

      Sr. management needs more engagement with customers and in understanding the underlying technology. Also needs to solicit more feedback from employees before making up their minds about something.

      Pros

      Great projects, great team, and overall a great atmosphere. Projects are very interesting and the company is open to international students as well.

      Cons

      Not many cons! Some of the technology is quite dated but that is to be expected. A lot of the codebase was quite disorganized.
