      Pros

      One "Pro" I'm not there anymore

      Cons

      -Faulty equipment installations (they buy used network equipment to deploy) -0 communications/leadership -"Help Desk" Team has NO real experience and pass everything off on Systems Engineers -Constantly being sent on-site when the Client has no idea that you are coming to do a network cut-over...you end up "being creative" and making excuses for "Management" (and I use the term Management loosely)

      Pros

      Benefits are unique in today's workforce, thoughtful and plentiful. Creative solutions are encouraged, teamwork is outstanding.

      Cons

      We serve a market that requires 24/7 support that are critical to the end users ability to provide care, but as a company we understand the urgency and are proud to serve this sector of healthcare.

      - Small office. - Drive close to my house. - Free lunch every other week.

      Cons

      - Small office. - No Communication. - No Teamwork. - Non-existent leadership. - Our work can be 100% remote, but we are forced to come into office. - Culture is Reactive and not proactive.
