I also greatly appreciate leaders to motivate each and every employee by showing some motivational videos or by sharing their experience. Slogans are sometimes communicated to us , which ultimately motivates to set and achieve our goals. Even my Director is very supportive,and I can say there is open and honest communication between my boss and me.She cares about my career development.
