Think Systems, Inc. Response

We appreciate all comments from current and former employees and humbly accept that not all feedback will be favorable. As in any growing business, we also recognize that there will be some unhappy team members. We have worked hard over the last 18 years to develop a strong culture that puts our employees and our clients first. Over the past two years, Think has grown rapidly, more than doubling the number of employees to nearly 100. It is a fast-paced company that solves complex problems, and we realize at times it can be demanding, thus creating an environment that is not suitable for everyone. Our culture is evolving and will continue to change as we enter new markets and add new diverse talent to our team. We value diversity in all forms and believe that our people are our greatest asset. It is an exciting time to work at Think. What do we see? Growth in new markets, growth in our exceptional talent, opportunities for professional and personal success, and a chance to contribute to the future of an evolving company boasting some of the most talented minds in management consulting across the country. - Think Management
