      Pros

      ThinkWhyNot offers a superb learning curve across the organisation - right from an intern to the more experienced personnel. A very open approach across the entire spectrum with a variety of sectors and rich set of clients to work with.

      Nothing really that is worth mentioning here. Still, if I've to give it to them ... for beginners/freshers it's an average place to learn.

      - Lack of direction, focus, and planning - Whimsical owner who keeps interfering in work - No empathy for employees and hardly any growth opportunities for them - Bad work management and unjust distribution of responsibilities and work
