      Work from home is only pro

      Cons

      Ridiculous script pushing magazines to people who say no 5 or 6 times. Lots of elderly people who cannot afford it. I hate dishonest sales. Find a product people actually want t buy and be upfront with it. The owners must be living very rich while most of the staff is in poverty. Seriously worse than timeshare sales, at least then the pay is actually higher.

      -Pay is uncapped and can be Phenomenal -Family/Work Balance -Dedicated Mentors/Managers that will fight for you and push you to be your best -Training and Trainers are Knowledgeable and want to see you succeed -Ability to work overtime and choose the date/time -Bonuses/Spiffs Everyday

      If you do not have thick skin this is not the job for you.

      Cons

      The very department is a total scam for this company. They have many people use a fake title to be a supervisor which you are not to flip the script on people who believe they won a sweepstakes just to sell the magazines they don't need. It's horrible.
