- Culture is really great. Lots of people like to learn new things. High trust, high accountability. - You'd be surprised that even though a lot of them are "conyo", they are actually pretty approachable. And they even know the latest Filipino showbiz chikka. - Oldest is a millennial, and youngest is a GenZ, so culture is really relatable. - Some processes in place that are automated are really convenient, especially check-ins.
Cons
- Scaling up company == bureaucracies are introduced, making the work a bit tedious sometimes. - Some are given multiple projects, and some are given one big project. Those assigned to big projects tend to be more visible and they get easily promoted. - Tendency for burnout, as the company is handling exciting projects.
