Pros
Free food choices for morning, noon, and dinner (because of the company)
Cons
This is one of the worst poorly organized companies I’ve ever worked for by far. Don’t work here if you are a designer. I was sold on the job as a designer in the interview process but it turned out to be an absolute sham. My then manager wanted me to join in for a 3 week trial period just to say that the work didn’t measure up 1 week in and was never around to see the work, the company is full of deceitful people who have no interest in company culture that was once established. The company is just recycling designers without ever having the intension of hiring them. AVOID this company because they don’t even value their own branding. The company is hiring people who are clearly not skilled in working in the jobs they have, most employees are young, some are interns, and others are contract workers. Some teams are very poorly organized and use cheap freelance labor to design projects and it shows, their ads are all different and terribly done, most of the ads had old branding and were just reused. Their office hardware for designers didn’t even work and they insisted on designers using their own computers which is NOT good. High-level executives are totally oblivious to all of these issues or they are totally in bed with the idea of abusing designers.
