Management was a nightmare, they protected employees who had been there the longest even if the employees were not doing their jobs to the detriment of the rest of the staff. My local manager was so afraid to admit to the 'higher ups' that the new technology they were trying to implement didn't work ideally for our daily operations that she instead continually threw hard working employees under the bus. It was by far the most stressful and thankless job I've ever had.
