Pros
Benefits beat all other ophthalmology groups in the state of Georgia. The company is growing and allows for advancement. The physicians are amazing and true experts in their field.
Cons
The only negative is it can be hard to get communication to all locations and sometimes interpreted differently that it was suppose to, but with that being said, all companies have communication issues. Thomas Eye Group is always looking to improve though.
