Good union benefits, nice campus location, time off over Christmas.
Cons
No remote work, tyrannical HR (very much TRU vs. CUPE), limited opportunities to advance within the union, extremely top heavy with management, paid parking, slew of very embarrassing issues covered by media outlets (google it).
