I've had the opportunity to work for a couple of agencies, and in the many years I've worked with Thompson, I've continued to be very thankful for their approach. No, it's not perfect, but the company has continued to invest in us, technology, our consultants and our clients in order to continuously improve. It's not a back-stabbing, cut-throat environment- in fact, the teams genuinely like and support each other 1000%.
