Pros

I absolutely loved working with Thor Solutions. The pay was decent and the company actually cares about its employees. They give you the resources to help grow within or if you plan on changing you job within the company. You get paid holidays, sick days, and PTO. If you're in the reserves/national guard, I highly recommend working with Thor Solutions since they are extremely understanding how irregular our schedules can get with orders/activations

Cons

Nothing wrong with the company itself but sometimes you may bump heads with some people who are not contractors and are federal employees. But other than that the company itself is great and genuinely cares about its staff.

Pros

The culture is centered on integrity, honesty, and a genuine commitment to its employees, customers, and community. The leadership team leads by example, fostering trust through transparent communication and ethical decision-making. Employees are united by a mission that is easy to support, providing critical services to our nation's military while maintaining a deep appreciation for those who serve. The company actively recruits and hires veterans, recognizing the valuable leadership, dedication, and experience they bring to the workforce. The company consistently goes above and beyond to support employees during times of need and actively contributes to the communities it serves. THOR encourages employees at all levels to take initiative, share ideas, and pursue leadership opportunities, creating an environment where individuals can grow professionally while making a meaningful impact.

Cons

If a contract ends employees may need to leave to transition to the new employer.
