Good starting pay. Very clean work environment . Good benefits.
Cons
Little to no actually raises. No inflation compensation. Poor senior management. Poor training. HR works for the managers not the workers clearly. We'll not pay employees for years of experience or try to keep them. Average 30 employee turnover per month.
