Leadership there lacks both skill and professionalism. Meetings start late, execution is sloppy, and there’s little evidence of actual contribution. -Founders and executives come across as evasive, with a culture of secrecy rather than transparency. There is a steady stream of rumors that only adds to the feeling that something isn’t right. -Transparency and accountability simply don’t exist here. -Morale suffers because there’s no accountability at the top.
